On booking a session I will write to you confirming the time, date and location of the session.  If you would prefer a more confidential confirmation then I am happy to text confirmation and details to you.

If you wish to cancel the session 24 hours notice is required to avoid a full charge for the session.

Payment for each session is required before or at the end of each session.

Please arrive promptly for your session as late arrival can cause inconvenience for the patient after you and may mean that your session will be shorter.  A session shortened as a result of lateness on the part of the patient will be charged at the full rate.
